Yes, we accept walk-ins, but we recommend booking to avoid wait times, especially on weekends and after-work hours.

For popular slots (after-work hours and weekends) we suggest booking 1–2 weeks in advance. Other times often have same-day availability.

Please give us at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. We reserve our right to charge 100% of the service value for no-shows and 50% of the service value for late cancellations.

We offer Premium Haircuts (CHF 59 classic and CHF 69 fade), Traditional Shaves (CHF 39), Beard Trim & Styling (CHF 49), Hair Styling (CHF 29), and Premium Grooming Products. Each service includes a consultation.

Haircuts take approximately 40–45 minutes, traditional shaves 30 minutes, beard trims 45 minutes, and styling 15–20 minutes. This includes consultation and finishing.

Yes! You can combine services for a complete grooming experience. Ask our barbers about popular combinations like haircut + beard trim.

We exclusively use premium brands like Proraso, Reuzel, Uppercut, and Redken. All products are available for purchase in our shop.

Yes, we do. Our barbers are experienced, what you would call "coiffeur" in Switzerland. This means they are fully capable of servicing any type of hair and any length.

Of course, all our haircut services include washing with your preferred shampoo. If requested, we can also do a second wash after the cut.

We have two locations: Enge at Alfred-Escher-Strasse 66, 8002 Zürich and Europaallee at Lagerstrasse 102, 8004 Zürich.

Monday to Friday 09:00–20:00, Saturday 09:00–18:00. Closed on Sundays. Holiday hours may vary, that can be checked directly in Google Maps.

Yes, public parking is available near both locations. We also recommend public transport – both locations are well connected.

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Twint. Cheques are not accepted.

Yes, gift cards are available for your desired value. Purchase online or in-store – they make the perfect gift.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be used for any service or product.

Tips are appreciated but never expected. If you enjoyed your service, a gratuity of 10–15% is customary.
