We ship within Switzerland using standard Swiss Post delivery.
Standard shipping is free for orders of CHF 59 or more. Orders below CHF 59 ship for CHF 7.90.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves us.
Choose free pickup at checkout from Enge, Alfred-Escher-Strasse 66, 8002 Zürich, or Europaallee, Lagerstrasse 102, 8004 Zürich.
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the selected location.
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup.
Products must be unused, unopened, still sealed and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or online order confirmation.
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Eligible returns can be dropped off free of charge at Enge or Europaallee. Please contact info@thegoodbarbers.ch before returning an item so we can confirm the next steps.
Postal return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In those cases, contact us before sending anything back and we will arrange the solution.
Opened or used grooming and hygiene products and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.
