What is your return policy?

As long as an item is not opened, used or protective seal is not intact, we accept returns up to 15 natural days of the item being delivered to you. Return shipping costs are to be incurred by the buyer, and the shipment must include a copy of the original receipt. A refund will be issued within 15 natural days of the item being received back in the store.

What shipping method do you use?

We use standard shipping by Swiss Post.

What hair and beard care product brands do you work with?

Currently we work with only brands that we regularly use in our barbershop and believe are best in class. These are Redken, Proraso, Reuzel and UpperCut

Where do you ship your products?

Currently we only ship within Switzerland. For orders of more than 100.00 CHF, shipping is free.

There is also the option to pick up - at no additional cost - your products after purchase at the physical store location: Alfred-Escher Strasse 66, 8002 Zurich.

Of course! Feel free to pass by to our barbershop or call /e-mail, we love to provide tips so you get the best experience with each product!
