Given that it is very important to us that you like the products you buy at The Good Barbers and that they meet your expectations, you can return them to The Good Barbers within 15 natural days.

For unused and sealed products, that are returned with a receipt and in the original packaging, we will provide a voucher of the purchase price to you, to use within 6 months from the issuance date.

For returns, you can do it free of charge at our physical location at Alfred-Escher Strasse 66, 8002 Zurich or else ship it to the aforementioned address at your own cost.

If the product you wish to return does not meet the above-mentioned criteria, we may refuse to accept it.
